PAYMENTS

We accept payments through paypal.  All payments are through a secure server.   You do not need a paypal account to make a payment.  At no time are credit card information viewable to us. 

PRIVACY

At no time do we trade, sell, or publish your personal information, with other enterprises.  We take pride in your privacy and wish for you to return in the future.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Upon receipt of monies, your tracking number will be emailed to you.  This email will serve as your order confirmation as well.
Should you have any questions please direct them to information@lilyputts.com    it is at this point you can cancel your order.  YOU have twenty four (24) hrs to cancel your order.

RETURNS POLICY

If you recieve your order and it is damaged, you may return it, within seven (7) days.  Do not mail item without a return number.   Upon recieving your cancellation email  we will issue you a return number.  We will give you instructions on how to return said order. Please state how item is damaged in your email.  We only accept returns for damaged merchandise.  We DO NOT accept other returns.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hrs from the time, you ordered your item.  This is all stamped on your order on our end.  In cancelling your order please Email:  information@lilyputts.com  Please note in subject field...Your last name and the word cancellation. 

UNDELIVERED MERCHANDISE

From time to time we have items that are posted as delivered, but later we find out that the item is lost.  It is very important to us that you contact us within 10 days of your delivery confirmation, if you have not recieved your product.  It is most important that we are notified promptly so that we may put a tracer in effect.

UPS Ground shipping defined:

UPS Ground shipping 3-5 are only days of the actual business week, (Mon - Fri)  UPS has no movement on the weekends. 

example: If your item ships on Friday, It will be entered into their system, but the journey to the destination will not start until Monday.

At times UPS will appear later on their deliveries, we ask that you also take into consideration weather.  If there are snowstorms and such on the way the the items destination, your item may be rescheduled for delivery.
